Firstwater Developments have given careful consideration to the specification at Copse Farm to ensure our customers enjoy comfortable living in practical style.

All homes will have specifically designed kitchens from a specialist supplier fitted to include a range of appliances, integrated where appropriate, with under unit lighting and ceramic floor tiling in all houses.

The four bedroom homes will have a chimney with a functioning fireplace in the living room.

White sanitaryware will be provided, with modern chrome taps and wastes plus a white towel rail. Ensuites will also benefit from a one piece shower cubical. Heating is supplied via a gas boiler and radiators. All homes are wired for an alarm system and come with a good supply of sockets, BT and TV points.

Walls will be finished with a contemporary subtle off-white emulsion combined with white smooth ceilings to give an elegant style. Wooden veneered doors and chrome door furniture will complement the interior. The staircase is white with a wooden handrail.

Externally a porch light will be fitted to the front which will be turfed and landscaped in accordance with approved drawings. All houses will have a patio laid in the rear garden.
