FirstWater Developments is an exciting new developer based in Kent. The Company was formed at the start of 2004, by colleagues, who used to operate as regional directors for a national house builder. Dedicated to designing and constructing exceptional homes in desirable locations, with the needs of our customers uppermost, we are setting out to offer an alternative to the volume house builders, such as Bryant Homes, Persimmon, and Redrow Homes. Each of the Directors is an equal shareholder in the company, and has a defined area of responsibility within the organisation, covering Land, Sales and Build. Between them they have spent over 40 years in the industry. Being able to offer separate and distinct disciplines, is a major advantage in the competitive field of residential property development. This was one of the driving forces behind the formation of the Company at the outset.
OUR ASPIRATIONS
Having worked in the volume house building industry for a large number of years, with several different household names, the Directors have decided that the Company will follow the basic principle of providing value for money, with a quality of finish consistent with our purchaser's expectations. We are all too aware of the problems brought about by the Corporate demands for required profit to meet annual city expectations. This can very often result in dissatisfaction of new home owners being forced to move into their new home before it is ready. We will not chase profit for profit's sake, and will ensure that our customers come first.
We have decided to set ourselves parameters that will see us purchasing sites for the development of houses and flats throughout the county, which we will then develop to the best of our ability, remembering that quality and service are the most important aspects to our customers.…you the house buyer.
We firmly believe that by skilful design coupled with careful use of materials and elevational variations, the overall concept of our developments will be pleasing to the eye, provide a desirable environment to live in, as well as representing a solid investment for our customers.
